However, in order to supply you with new plates, we’ll need to see documents that prove:

• Your name and address, _for eg, your driving licence, a utility bill or a bank statement_
• That you are permitted to use that registration number, _for eg, a vehicle registration certificate (V5C), a new keeper supplement (V5C/2) or a renewal reminder for vehicle tax (V11)_
